Team lead for an events and campaigns specific team within a firm-wide creative department, with strong
partnerships across the Corporate Marketing, Print Production, Editorial, and Events/Conferences groups.
Departmental resource for campaigns and environmental design processes. Tasks include creation and
implementation of trainings on environmental design, concept explorations, industry best practices, vendor
prepping, and production processes.
Art direct and review event collateral and campaign strategies designed by other designers including but not
limited to signage, invitations, web graphics, app graphics, floor plans, name tags, interactive web experiences,
merchandisers, and infographics.
Create timelines for multi-faceted, large scale projects including concept creation, design development, and
production for events, campaigns, and singular deliverable projects. Timelines are coordinated between multiple
departments, and reassessed as deparment priorities and needs change.
Proactively check in with designers aligned to events and campaigns to address process questions, gauge and
preemptively flag timeline concerns, and provide guidance on client communications.
