Each year, members of the sales team are able to qualify for three tiers of prestigious classification; Associates Circle, Presidents Circle, and Chairmans Club. Each ranking has an incentive of a spectacular trip, and is branded uniquely to the destination for that year. In 2015, Associates Circle members traveled to Vail, Colorado. Because the trip was in the Summer, the brief requested an exploration excluded mountains, and focusing on woodsy elements. For Presidents Circle 2016, members traveled to Rosewood Mayakoba, Mexico, and the request was for something elegent and cultural. Applications for these branded elements included promotional desk drops, tote bags, congratulatory invitations, posters, and an internal portal.
